The delivery of your Orders is insured by different Carriers in function with the articles Ordered and their perspective sizes and weights:
- Surfboards or SUPboards (non inflatable) are delivered by a Transporter that is specialized and that makes contact with the client by Email and SMS before making the delivery. It is the Client who chooses the delivery time in order to be present at the time of delivery for a full inspection of the merchandise before signing. In Metropolitan France these deliveries are made within 3 days of their departure from our Depot, excluding islands and certain seaside destinations that are hard to access during high tourist seasons.
- The Inflatable Boards and larger accessories are delivered by Express Services (DPD/TNT) who propose an SMS and offer you an acceptable time for delivery with the possibility of changing it. The majority of these deliveries are made under 48hrs.
- The smaller accessories are delivered by the Post Office and Colisimo and make it with in 48/72hrs.
The Shipping Fees calculated automatically on the Shop Online when products are placed in a basket are valid for Metropolitan Mainland France and also for its neighboring Countries, as indicated by the map below. We have chosen these companies for their quality of service and their respect concerning time delay. In spite of our high demands, mishaps in shipping may occuer. The transport of our goods, notably those of larger size, are at risk of damage. These problems are far and few between and an insurance is necessary and forfeit.
Henceforth we highly recommend unwrapping and inspecting all received goods in the presence of the Delivery person for a thorough inspection. In case of any litigation, fully follow the obligatory reclamation guidelines given by the Transporter and send the obligatory written reclamation in Signed at Reception form within 48hrs to the transporters address. All return products are to be taken under the responsability of the client. The transfer of responsability is undergone at the moment that the merchandise leaves our docks.
